Here I present to you and offer you the fruit of a long collaboration with Léna Piroux, professional illustrator, in order to realize for my students an Ashtanga Yoga board illustrating all the postures of the 1st series (called Yoga Chikitsa). It is a technical tool that combines pedagogy and aesthetics! Clean and graphic, the board allows easy use during your practice.

Printed on quality paper, laminated, and in A4 size, you can take this little masterpiece everywhere with you, to place it in the front of your carpet, wherever you go. be! (It is ideal for Mysore style, or solo practices !)

You will find all the information you need to practice and deepen your knowledge of ashtanga! the placement gaze (the drishtis ) is subtly indicated for each posture thanks to small colored dots, the number of breaths to be maintained in the asanas is indicated, the name of each pose correctly spelled below the illustrations, and the transitions on which we see the most confusion are also designed for you accompany at every moment of this first series !

Without forgetting the opening and closing mantras, present on the back of the card, and also attached as an A3 poster for any poster order!
